The Citadel Football Association purchased this program to aid the Football Staff with player recruitment. It is an online, real time software that now has 16,000+ potential recruits listed. It enables our coaching staff to contact recruits via the internet, sending them visual presentations about The Citadel, the football program, and coaching staff.
Coaches can contact a large number of prospects and evaluate their responses to determine who has a serious interest in the Citadel. “Scoutware” even evaluates indirect responses such as opens, clicks and downloads, which helps quickly determine interest, or lack thereof. It helps coaches make better informed decisions about where to invest their recruiting time and money. Coaches can go online and view a complete record of contact information, emails, phone calls, evaluations and contacts, visits, personal notes and meetings for each person. They can use the program database to do large mailings or emails, then chart the responses received. The CFA also uses this program to house our data bank.
