The second phase of the Seignious Hall Enhancement Program was the placement of banners of former Citadel Players that were drafted or played in the American Football League (AFL) or the National Football League (NFL). They are displayed in the stairwell on the right of main entrance leading to the second floor of Seignious Hall. At present there are twenty one displayed with five more to be added in the fall of 2011 for a total of twenty-six.
